My husband and I went to the Outlet at Langhorne to look at bedroom sets. We met Jaimar Rodriguez one of the Associates and he was absolutely terrific. He took the time to explain the differences in the mattresses,features and benefits of the sets we looked at. He was very polite,courteous and professional. We recieved our bedroom set as promised and the delivery service was awesome. The whole experience was so wonderful we went back a 2nd time and purchased a Fireplace TV Console and went to Jaimar again. We were very satisfied with the Customer Service Experience. Thank You So Much.

Talk about quick. I ordered a mattress Saturday afternoon and it was at my door by 7:50 AM on Sunday. The men were very nice, quick and careful of things in the house.
I LOVE King Koil and while the prices have gone way up since my 1st purchase of 2002, there's never a question to the quality.

I came in not sure exactly what I wanted...I knew it was getting to be time to upgrade my bed but I wasn't sure what to go with. After a few minutes speaking with Zaire I realized I didn't have to make all of my decisions that day...I was able to get the adjustable base I wanted and use it with my existing bed frame and mattress, pushing the rest of my decisions down the road. This was my 2nd experience dealing with Zaire (he sold me 2 recliners last November)...he is knowledgeable about your products and he talks to customers in terms they can understand.

Once we found the perfect couch, he was there to help with finalizing the sale. We were very happy with the whole experience, including the cost of the couch!
