I enjoyed the opportunity to look around the store without sales people hovering over me. Once I found what I wanted a sales person helped me out, and another sales person helped me with the decision in terms of aesthetics. I have purchased a lot of furniture from Raymour and Flanigan and it’s always been a positive experience from start to delivery.

It was great working with my associate…
It was great working with my associate in purchasing out bedroom set. He was very patient, not pushy, respectful and helped guide me through the financing piece. I would recommend others to go ask for him in particular.

We love Raymour for everything we need for our home. The salesmen are never pushy and they don't follow you around; and yet they are always close by to answer any questions. Very professional and friendly and very easy purchases.

The floor sales man was very helpful…
The floor sales man was very helpful and understood our needs.
The manager on duty was nasty and rude. Was not very helpful did not want to make eye contact with us. Was not willing to negotiate with us. The floor sales associate asked us relevant questions that Was very helpful.
