Delivery was early!
Having a constant view of the delivery truck's location made delivery easy and on schedule. The first estimate was arrival at 9:31. In actuality, they arrived at 9:25 and were back on the road at 9:34.
The men were courteous.

Your platinum warranty should include…
Your platinum warranty should include delivery and pick up of damaged furniture. We bought this piece 2 years ago and are a valued Raymour and Flanigans customer. Charging me 150.00 is unacceptable. I can’t belief I am expected to return my damaged piece and pick up, take home and set up my replaces piece. I will shop with other furniture stores going forward. It’s a shame because I like your staff and have been happy with you for over 20 years. Change the warranty.

Sectional Sofa Purchase
We were able to see the actual sectional in the outlet showroom and our salesman was very helpful with our purchase. The only downside was that we signed up for adding our email address to receive the $25 credit towards the purchase. We weren't allowed to use it at the outlet because of the discounted price. It would have been nice if it was honored because of the price we paid. It would have helped going towards the tax.
