Our experience was great
Our experience was great. Alex Brown introduced himself after we came into the store. He was professional and very kind. He advised to just let him know if he could be of help. We decided on a sofa/loveseat recliner set. Alex went over everything with us before we chose and reviewed some other info after we chose. He was great. Very helpful and nice. He even provided us with his cell number should we have any questions. We definitely recommend Alex and making a purchase at this store. Thank you to Alex for his kindness.

The guy that helped me was so nice and down to earth. Took five minutes to order my bedroom set. I hate when you go into a furniture store and you’re bombarded by people right away. When I walked in the workers said hello and if I need anything let them know. I knew exactly what I wanted i was in and out.

Doug and Pelle were GREAT!
Doug and Pelle were great! Not pushy, but super helpful. The process was quick and simple. I had a question this morning about the delivery, called the location and asked for Pelle and he got right on the phone with me in a timely fashion. Most retail stores make it so difficult to get in touch with a manager; however, not with this store! We’re happy with our purchase and will be back! I am also impressed with how well they explained the benefits of going with Raymour and Flanagan, like the trial/exchange period on the mattress we purchased. It put our mind at ease and solidified our decision.

Wonderful experience
The guy that helped me was Al. He was very professional, was extremely knowledgeable about the products, and patient with me as I kept changing my mind on what sofa set I wanted. Al should be promoted because he deserves it. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need anything.
