Nice furniture was ready to buy several items and aske for a military or senior discount. Sales man couldn't care.

Next day delivery, excellent communication sent through texts and emails, tracking available and highly useful. Finally, mattress was delivered on a SUNDAY.

I went to the Outlet location in Manalapan, NJ where I was greeted by MaryJo who was very helpful and patient until I made my final decision on a sofa and ottoman. I would recommend to my family and friends to visit this location and ask for MaryJo.

We had a very positive experience at this store. Our salesman, Jordan, was super helpful and knew his stuff about the products. He gave us useful information so we could make the best choice for our needs. The prices were fair, they offer a 45 dayprice match guarantee and a very reasonably priced protection plan that is well worth getting. We ordered our recliners on a Thursday and they were delivered that Sunday. Can’t beat that.

Greeted at the front door and given a general idea where to find what I was looking for. No high pressure sales people, which was greatly appreciated. Jordan wandered over after 20 minutes, or so, and was friendly and helpful. He explained the colored tag system, upcoming sales and helped me find a couch that met my needs - and that would not clash with the chair I already had picked out! Easy financing and quick delivery - SO happy to have found the R. F. Outlet❤️ My friends are all on their way yo check out the store and ready to make an appointment with Jordan - he’s fantastic!

What a great experience at the freehold store . We walked in Fourth of July wonderful sale going on . We clicked right away with Elana who helped us and explained things in detail it was so nice to have her help . Will be back for bedroom and living room set . Highly recommend

No issues whatsoever with this store. My Mom has purchased furniture from them a couple of times & the entire experience has always been hassle free. The last purchase she made @ the Manalapan store was a loveseat. She was having a room remodeled in her home & we had to change the delivery date a couple of times due to that. I believe we dealt with Jordan for that sale & he was extremely helpful & made sure that the loveseat was delivered with no issues after my Mom's room was finished.

Fast forward to this past weekend. My Husband & I were looking for a new sofa. Raymour & Flannigan was the first place we looked. Nate greeted us at the door & was very helpful. He gave us space to look around without pushing us & was available to answer any questions that we had. We took his card & looked in a couple of different furniture stores over the next couple of days, but ended up back to see Nate. We managed to find something that would fit our space & that we're happy with. Nate & everyone else in the store were very friendly & professional... You guys rock! 😊 We are very excited to receive our new sofa on Sunday!
