I ordered a bed frame on the website…
I ordered a bed frame on the website indicating that I would be able to pick it up at the store location in my town. I received a call stating that I would have to pick it up in another city which is about an hour from me including having to take a toll. There were no accommodations offered to me although this is an error on Raymour’s end.

Great experience at Raymore and Flanagan
Visited the Raymour and Flanigan in Middletown, New York today was greeted by Todd he was professional kind, and very helpful. Gave us guidance on what choices we would like in terms of furniture, but also gave us room to look and pick for ourselves and we found something we liked. He was quick to show us the different versions models and materials that would apply and also any sales that might apply to the item we chose. We chose a beautiful sofa and Victorian style set. The purchase was guaranteed and warranted and what I thought was a reasonable price with a price match guarantee overall a very easy smooth experience.

Shopping for Bedding
Our Sales person was Jose and he was very knowledgeable about the product we were looking for. Jose was very personable and patient which we appreciated very much.
