Karen was very friendly and was able to answer most of my questions. I was somewhat disappointed in not being able to get a better idea of the fabric or the firmness of the cushions, since the couch was available only online, and nothing from the same manufacturer was in store.

I found the store to be very well laid…
I found the store to be very well laid out. My wife and I walked thru the entire store looking at different items we were interested in this took around thirty minutes. In that time frame not one of the four to five sales personal that were there approached us to see if we needed any assistance. Most where sitting looking at their phones. We finally approached a women Nancy she apologized for nobody greeting or helping us. Nancy then proceeded to do all she could to assist us in our choices she was helpful and knowledgeable. Nancy's help would be the reason we would return when we need more furniture in the future. This occurred on a Thursday afternoon and for most of our time in the store we were the only customers.

Chris was amazing, he walked us through the mattress choices and features until we could make an informed decision. No high pressure tactics…he was so helpful with everything…it felt like a visit with a new friend… hang on to him!

My experience was made better by Julie Fredette. She had the patience to walk me through a lot of questions and my ever flip flopping. I even went back the next day and changed the order with her with No Problem at all. I really appreciate all the time and energy she spent with us. She is a great asset to the company. Welcoming atmosphere and no high pressure sales pitches
The layout, the crisp clean atmosphere, the prices and ESPECIALLY the salesman, Chris. Absolutely the best sales experience I have EVER had. Will ask for him every time we return for much more furniture replacements. Even the checkout woman, Angela? was very very pleasant, even mentioned she loved working there after we asked how long the store has been there.

Website problems - pages missing
The website itself offers decent features, and I ultimately ordered a sofa and loveseat online. However, when I was in the store and after I received emails from you with a link to track my deliver, I got messages saying "Whoops! That page is missing."
In the store I scanned the QR codes for the living room sets I was interested in - Delilah, Beeker Street, Petunia. All of them gave the "whoops" message.

I had gone to three stores looking for a bedroom set. This was my fourth stop and what a difference I love the layout of the store. Nancy was very helpful and I found a set I loved I think the prices are great and so is the quality of the furniture. next time I need something I’ll stop here first.

John Lenis is fantastic!
John Lenis was our salesperson and I cannot say enough about how helpful he was! He literally move furniture around the store so that we could get a true vision of how the furniture would look in our home. His advice was right on target and greatly appreciated!
