Impressive showroom. Impressive people.
We were not "attacked" when we entered the store as we have been at other furniture stores. We had time to look for what we wanted before being approached.

Makeda was awesome. She listened to what we wanted and took us directly to the display of small dinette sets we were looking for. She answered all our questions, made some excellent suggestions, and did not try to upsell us. She even asked if we might qualify for any discounts (such as military).

We highly recommend the store and Makeda!

We had a great experience at the new Natick, MA store. Our sales associate, Ankit, was knowledgeable and patient as we explored the sofa and loveseat combinations with recliners built in. We were greeted when we came in the store each time and everyone helped us navigate the decision. Would readily return for future purchases!

Well, I went in looking for a recliner that most furniture stores don’t make anymore and there was exactly what I was looking for! I got it for a great price and they set up delivery for Wednesday. The sales person was excellent. Thank you, Aubrey.

Great place to consider buying furniture. My sakes rep (DJ) was the best.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a mattress and a frame, and David helped us through the purchase. He was incredibly helpful and kind to us. I enjoyed every minute of our conversation; he made our shopping experience truly enjoyable.

She greeted us and provided us with a few options based on what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and helped us with measurements t ensure the couch we picked would fit. Raymour & Flanigan has a great showroom with a wide selection of furniture to fit anyone's needs...prices are great to as we shopped during the Memorial weekend sale.

Our sales man Jamal Nelson was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the furniture.
