We were greeted when we arrived and were directed to what we were looking for. The salesperson gave us time to look around and checked in with us. He was then very helpful when we decided to purchase furniture.

Even though we arrived 20 minutes…
Even though we arrived 20 minutes before closing time, the salesman and the office team took the time to talk with us and did not make us feel rushed. All staff was friendly and I never felt pressured to make a purchase.

Toddlers first bed
Greeted right away and helped my daughter and I find her first big girl bed. My 3 yo daughter had a great time trying out the mattresses and we found the perfect one.

Purchase
Purchased a leather couch last week and had it set to be delivered. Once delivered all scuffed on edges with scratches and wooden frame chipped. I asked for the drivers to return the item. Been trying to get a hold of someone to speak to all day to discuss next options. Finally got connected to the manager Jay who I had to call multiple times today after he told me he would call me back - never happened. Very frustrated by their customer service, delivery, and quality of products.
