Typically, when entering you are attacked with questions and pushy sales reps, this did not occur last night. (I understand the salesperson role but it does make it quite uncomfortable for the consumer the moment you step foot in the door). I explained I did online research to what I was seeking and wanted to walk through the store to review said items; Brad gave my daughter & I the space we needed, quickly helped & answered all our questions when we were ready & off to the sales desk we went to wrap the sale up. All within 1/2 half hour :)

I went to your store on union and delivery was 99.00 the on on southwestern was 139.00

Felt welcome entering the store. Energetic fun vibe amongst the employees with several of them working together to help us find what we were looking for.

The outlet and original store worked together to get what I wanted. Will decided after we pick up the furniture how satisfied I will be.

Very helpful salesman. Your quick shipping is a huge bonus. Furniture quality isn’t top of the line but ideal for people that don’t have disposable income (my young adult son.)

We had a problem with 2 defective mattress/box spring sets that were exactly the same, each set purchased less than 2 years apart. Brandie, the store manager, went above and beyond to have our warranty honored. She advocated for us and got both mattresses and box springs replaced in full after we were initially told we’d have to pay the difference in sale price from purchase day to now. Thank you Brandie for advocating for these repeat R&F customers!
