Staff very professional
Staff very professional. The team of 2 came into apartment with furniture on a trolley but already out of the box and most packaging. They put together the dining room table efficiently, waited for my approval of the furniture and went on their merry way.

Excellent saleswoman
Laurie was very kind from opening the door for us, to showing is all over the showroom looking for a dresser, to when she escorted goodbye. Her salesmanship was excellent, and she determinedly found us the perfect dresser online. We made the purchase and felt very pleased with our visit.

Salesman was informative. You did not have exactly what I was looking for so I had to go with second choice. Also, liked the pillows with one sofa but couldn’t get them with the soda I got.

Great purchase
Graham Maggs was our sales person. He was fantastic! Friendly, so attentive knowledgeable. He helped and guided us to the right decision without being persistant. We purchased a good quality piece of furniture and are very happy. We also have experience with Raymour. We purchased a piece 5 years ago and bought the extended warranty. They were very responsive and quickly replaced our cushions. You just need to research what you're getting and also get the warranty.
