We had already looked online and narrowed down our choices when we came in. I just wanted to try out the recliner and make sure it was the right height and depth for me as a lot of furniture isn't. The sales person knew exactly where the recliner was and took us right to it. She answered all of my questions easily, and clarified that the service plan included the electrical and mechanical components. She even knew where the chair was manufactured and confirmed that the delivery people would set it up. Delivery will be Saturday and we purchased it on Wednesday, so that is pretty quickly.

I confirmed the chair was both usable and comfortable for me, and tried out all the functions. Then we completed the transaction quickly and without difficulty even though we were using a 3rd party (Affirm) to finance the purchase.

Great selection of furniture, knowledgeable sales person, not pushy, ensured we were shown all items that we might be interested in, friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

The salesman was great, but I thought I was getting 30%off everything I bought. Love my furniture I bought!

We were shopping for a bed for my parents. Our salesperson, Jason Weirich, was incredible. He was kind and patient (4 of us shopping at once) and so knowledgeable.
Delivery is scheduled for this week. We are thrilled!

Unlike the last visit was very pleased the only reason we came into the store was to buy pillows for our bed brought pillows 3 yrs ago loved them so we was only there to replace. With the experience with this sale associate will be buying a sleeper sofa for the spare room thanks again for making our shopping experience great even if it was for only two pillows
