I order a bed and Waz advised it would be availble to pick up on sat Dec 19 and got a call tht day it was not in the warehouse. I had to scramble as i had cuess coming and no one was able to assist me getting a bed

Our visit was very pleasant
Our visit was very pleasant. It was great to be able to see the furniture in person before committing to ordering. The salesperson, Brian, was very helpful but also gave us our space when requested to browse and discuss amongst ourselves. I'm very satisfied with the experience thus far.

Joseph Doroba was excellent. You was everything you would want when your about to invest money in bedroom furniture. He helped us choose the right mattress for us. He was willing to spend as much time as needed to close the deal. Thank you!

Although my service from your sales representative (Karl Wells) was spectacular I was a bit disappointed that a company that I have purchased from MULTIPLE times and gotten credit from was denied me although I have never been late for a payment to Raymour in all those purchases. I will take my business to a company that takes care of their loyal customers.

The bed I bought for my daughter was beautiful in person. The only distasteful experience was the sales rep. Very overbearing and aggressive. Over talked me. Pushed me to the check our counter them disappeared. Not personal at all. I recently moved and wanted to look for additional items. If I return I’ll definitely avoid her

I purchased a sofa, chair & mattress
I purchased a sofa, chair and a mattress - Natalie was great and very friendly and then Joe also was helping out , he was great too. so far very happy with my purchase. It gets delivered on Friday, can't wait. I'll give you the lowdown after delivery.
