Horrible service, salesperson belittled my wife, he was yelling at her and talking down to her , went up to cancel our order because of that and no one would even talk to us a little him . Very sad service!

I made two purchases in as many days, one online, and one in-store. In each case the Sales Associates were friendly and helpful in all aspects.

Alex our sales woman was excellent . We found everything we wanted to redo our living room and dining room.

I had the pleasure to be assisted by Kevin Orie 347-992-4201 of Raymour and Flanagan. My request and assistance needed was a little abnormal do to the products I was looking for recently being discontinued. Despite the unusual request, Kevin was able to assist me in getting all of the furniture pieces I needed reserved by researching current inventory and enduring I was able to get what I wanted. Kevin took the time to look up all of the items and ensure they were available for me despite some of them being removed from the website. All in all Kevin Orie was 100% professional, courteous, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable in his assistance and support of my shopping experience. I would recommend Kevin Orie if you are looking for a salesperson who will help you have a seamless, easy, and great shopping experience. I would also recommend Raymour and Flanigan in general as this is my 5th or 6th purchase from them and each time I have received exceptional customer support and assistance, as well as, the best overall product in terms of quality and inventory. Our sales person was extremely patient and helpful without being pushy. We found a beautiful new living room set that was available for delivery in 3 days.

We live at the top of a lengthy, somewhat steep driveway and the delivery truck could not make it up the drive. The delivery truck driver personally carried the item from the truck to the house up the entire driveway in the rain with a smile. Needless to say, I was impressed.
