Excellent assistance and advice in choosing the appropriate mattress

Our sales associate (Josephine Weiss) was very knowledgeable & friendly. She made our experience very rewarding! She made our shopping very stress free & made suggestions that my husband & I didn't even think of. She is truly an asset to Raymour & Flanigan. Our salesman made the experience wonderful with his outgoing personality. He was knowledgeable of all the offers. However, manager was a bit condescending when it came to a billing issue, but overall very pleased with the experience!

Amazing customer service! I walked in the store (after going to three other furniture stores), and was greeting by friendly a knowledge sales team. I at no time did I feel pressure or frustration (because I didn't know what I wanted). The sales person Josephine, was personable and extremely knowledgeable. She walked through options that help us meet our needs. She cared more about the customer than the sale - Very refreshing after a long day! Even the cashier made sure I had all the details necessary for my delivery. I highly recommend this location!
