After getting flawed furniture twice
After getting flawed furniture twice, I waited several years before purchasing from you. I decided to give you one more chance. I bought a mattress and was told delivery would be today. I received a notice it would be here today between 8 and 10:45. It is now 6:00. I called the store and was told the truck broke down at 4:30. I waited all day. No one ever called.

I really enjoy shopping at your store
I really enjoy shopping at your store. The employees make you feel so welcome and that you are important to them. I always work with one of your employees cause she and I seem to hit it off right away and whenever I need help I always ask for Taz. She is one special person and I love the way she works with her customers. You really have a winner with this person. Love your merchandise. Keep up the good work and keep Taz forever.

We had great help deciding on the couch, BUT...
We had great help deciding on the couch (go Carlos), but, I came home and can NOT pay for the item online. ONline system and phone system both don't work, customer service was backed up and then "can't take credit cards". I'm using snail mail to get a check to them - crazy system. You need a new IT team!

Shopping experience was great
Shopping experience was great. Sales rep very helpful. Delivery team was NOT. Tracked snow, ice, rocks and rock salt through house which scratched wood floors and left carpets wet and dirty.
