Worst customer service ever!!!
The quality of the mattress and box spring was adequate. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. They never called to tell me a delivery time. I called customer service three times and they never got back to me. I finally called the store twice and got an estimated time between one and 4 PM. This was at 12:45 PM so I wasted my entire day. Delivery men were efficient, polite and Punctual. But I would never use Raymore and Flanigan again because the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced

The salesman Darrin was very courteous with a smile and was very knowledgeable helping me with mattresses! Yes I recommend Raymour and Flanigan excellent furniture and sales men and women!!

From Sales Rep James Sirois in the Manchester CT store to the next day delivery, everything went well. The only thing that went off was that we were promised a phone call between 7-7:30 am to notify the three hour delivery. The delivery was fine but we did not receive the phone call, we had to call. Other than that, all went well.
