Only one rug of the two I bought and paid for in May has been delivered. I have called your customer service multiple times and gotten no good response. In fact, this rug wouldn’t have even been sent to me how I not called and complained. I keep being told that they will get back to me and no one has gotten back to me. I’m about ready to call the Better Business Bureau.

The salesman was great management horrible
The salesman was great. The store management team is absolutely the worst. I was delivered a broken base for a dining room table, the manager told me I would have to come in and purchase a new base for them to process my return for the broken one. This seems very odd to me and never in my 30+ years of buying something have I heard of a process like that.

Do not recommend, support team does not respond
Their sales staff was excellent. Their support team... no. I've been asking for a repair, and willing to pay for it, for 9 months. I've texted, called, and emailed. I usually do not get a reply. I've politely asked to speak with a manager to see what is the issue - silence.
I do not recommend this vendor.
