I was welcomed by a wonderful sales rep named Chris. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for which was a leather sofa with automated recliners. We went through many different ones until he found exactly what I wanted. He made purchase, financing and delivery date seamless. I highly recommend him if you go to his store.

Our salesman
Our salesman, Hendricks was lacking customer Service. I had to call him because of a delivery conflict, instead of returning my call, he texted me and didn’t identify who he was. I’m glad it wasn’t an urgent matter. The chair I purchased, however, is solid. Good quality !

The young man in chat with me was of great help after I had a disastrous delivery with another company. He got me what I needed, got it to me the next day, and fulfilled the promises that other company made to me but reneged on. R&F has a loyal customer for life now.
