We were greeted promptly by Mo Bejta and after asking what we were looking for he sent us in the right direction to view the different sets of bedroom furniture. When we found two we liked he explained the differences between the two and made the sale. No high pressure and very knowledgable.

Great Service and Advice on making my choice on my purchase.

Our experience did not go as we had hoped. We felt a bit pressured and ended up with a bed that we were not happy with. We asked for a firm mattress and ended up with a medium, not realizing that we didn't get the one we wanted. This has led to us having to go through the process of getting a new set. All in all not a great experience.

I purchased a dining room table and matching chairs. Every piece arrived at my home damaged. The black chairs had white paint spattered all over the backs.
The back of one chair was completely split open and splintered.

The edge the table had multiple areas where the finish was scraped off and chipped. The black legs had gouges and the paint was all chipped off.

It took two months and multiple phone calls with finally stating that I would get my attorney involved in order to get Raymour to repair the damage. The split back chair was glued and repainted but the paint didn’t match and the edges are uneven. I called Raymour and sent a picture. I was promised a new chair within two days. I am still waiting.

Salesman Matthew was great at spending time with us as we looked at recliners. He explained so much Toni’s and it helped make our decision. We also came back and purchased two lamps
