I came to pick up my item and when I…
I came to pick up my item and when I returned to my home and opened it, it was not what I ordered. I understand that mistakes happen, so I called to get the problem resolved. When I called the manager at the Wyomissing location was not available, but I was told I would get a call back. More than 2 hours later I was still yet to receive a call back so I called again. When I finally reached the manager, there was no attempt from the location to assist me in resolving the mistake. Although it was no fault of my own, they were still going to charge me to have my correct package delivered to me, they wouldn’t allow me to pick up my package without bringing back the incorrect one, and I didn’t even receive an apology. My order was essentially held as ransom until I brought back the package that I didn’t even order.
