I & my daughter both loved the Raz

This was the second attempt to order from Raz Vape! They do not make it easy to order their products! The first time I tried to purchase I could only send my money with Vemo & Apple Cash to a phone number. Obviously, I chose not to do that. 2nd attempt (12/2025)to purchase they were using “Whop” for online purchases. I paid “Whop” with my card but not receive my products. I paid $35 extra to Raz Vape for 2 day shipping due to I was leaving town. I did not receive my order before I left & canceled my order. They did not refund my money & no product by Jan. 2026. I could not get a hold of them through their chat, email & phone number did not work. Will never order from them again even though I like their products. My recommendation is to find another site! Finally I reached out to “WHOP” & they were great!! Reviewed my case & gave Raz Vape until Jan. 30 to respond. Money was in my account pending on the 30th & available on the 31st!! Hats off to WHOP!!!!!

Fraud. Just cancelled my card and reported the fraud. The entire process was riddled with red flags and I should have known better. So aggravating that people do this.

RazVape.org IS A SCAM!!!! Do NOT give them your money! I sent $144 via CashApp 5 weeks ago and cashapp wont give me my money back even though I have proved it was a scam. These people will send fake tracking emails from Trans Universal Mail asking for thousands of dollars to get the shipment delivered. BEWARE!!!! I sent my payment to 828-674-5548 $SyndyLopez Syndy Lopez Hernandez. Hoping my local law enforcement will take action to stop these people!!!

It is a scam, do not purchase anything from this site, they will follow up with a large delivery fee from another scam company called Earth Class Logistics.

Thank you all for posting......I had an order in cart for a flavor that is sold out everywhere. I selected the PayPal option just in case there was an issue, so I had the option to dispute (plus I never enter my cc info online). But when I hit 'checkout' it asked me to send payment via the PayPal 'Friends and Family' option to some gmail account. HUGE red flag, which brought me to these reviews on Trustpilot. I am very sorry to all of you who have been scammed by these a**holes, but I am very grateful that you posted for others like myself. Obviously a huge scam. I never knew that you can't dispute a friends and family transaction throuugh PayPal, so I also learned something new today. I can't stand thieves and scammers.

So I purchased no nicotine vape I like most of the flavors besides the mint flavors, but I’ve noticed that these vapes puffed their selves every time I buy a vape and I noticed when I plugged the vape up to charge once it’s done charging most of my vape juice is gone I’m trying to figure out why haven’t they fix that issue on these vapes? I’ve noticed it probably the last couple months even overnight when you wake up a lot of your juice out of your vape is gone, so you’re not even puffing all the puff yourself I think for the price of these They should make it to where when you’re personally hitting your vape, it should not be vaping itself whether it’s on the charger laying in your purse, laying on your dresser in your car whatever if I’m not puffing these vapes, no puffs should be made and the price for these should be cut in half just because of how the vapes are we talking $23 in tax when it should be $14.99 maybe just because of this manufacturer problem that they have I’m quite sure they’re aware of and it benefits them because your vape is supposed to last a while, but in reality it doesn’t because it puffed itself so you’re going to buy another vape within the amount of time when you should still have juice left in your old vape. I think they don’t know that people is paying attention, but I am so just be curious if you’re interested in vape the flavors are good. The packaging is always good buying them sometime. You can’t get them because I’m not sure why, but they’ll be sold out a lot and it’ll be taking weeks or months to get them back in stock, sometime at wild tobacco in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Wyoming, Michigan but other than that there’s no other problem besides it vapes itself if not, what could be the other issue specially if you’re not puffing it yourself, but your juice and your vape is still leaving

They scammed me! They had me send the money to a chime account then turned around and said they gave me the wrong info so now I'm out my money and the product!

Paid for product and it was placed on hold and never shipped. PayPal says money was paid. Razvape.org will not answer emails, website messages or PayPal communications or phone Calls. They stole my money and there is nothing for me to do to get it back. Beware these people are scammers.

I ordered my vapes for the first time a week ago . No explanation from the company. They took the funds and never shipped the product .

Total scam site DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I am in dispute now with my credit card company to be refunded for their theft from me.

I place an order on the website... I received an order email confirmation and was instructed to submit payment via zelle
The website did look legitimate, but something in my gut told me to do some further research before sending money. After stumbling upon all of the reviews and researching the better business bureau website, I realized that the website is a complete scam. I did not submit any payment and responded to their email letting them know. I would be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and informing them of a scam. Please DO NOT Order or send payment...not a legitimate site

Paid over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything. I think it’s a scam.

On January 18, 2025, I placed an order on RazVape Website. At first glance, the website appeared legitimate and trustworthy. Unfortunately, I did not check online reviews before proceeding with my purchase. The order confirmation stated that my items would be delivered with 4-day shipping.

After placing the order, I received an email instructing me to send payment via Zelle to an individual named Briana Lopez. After I sent the payment, I received confirmation that the money was received, but shortly after, all communication ceased. The individual blocked me, and I stopped receiving emails or responses to my inquiries.

This website is a fraudulent operation. It is deeply disappointing and unethical for anyone to exploit people in this manner. I strongly caution others to avoid RazVape website and ensure thorough research before making online purchases

Just like the other reviews state! This is a scam!!!! It's not where Raz vapes come from. First, if they won't let you pay through the site, you should see red flags. Cashapp, or Paypal (using the Friends and family method) is a total scam, as once it is sent, it can't be cancelled....they are not your friends!!!! Whether it's pdouglas, or any other bull$#!+ name they give you, they disappear once you send them money!!!!!!! Do NOT buy from these @$$hats......Guess they needed illegally taken Christmas funding! "You WILL burn in Hell"....remember I said that!

I ordered a vape from Raz. I get the order number.
And the tracking number an empty package was delivered yesterday with the piece of paper it saying that it was damaged and shipment.. And I would receive a replacement in three days. I tried to call the company no answer. No response to emails . and the empty package Did I receive came from Lifen Tian In new jersey.. I think I may have been scammed by a website .

SCAM!!! Do not send them any money! Never send anyone you don't know money through a cash app, zelle, venmo or paypal. I ordered $172.00 worth of product, never received it, no response to email, text nor does anyone answer the phone

SCAM... I placed a order on December 3, 2024 and paid via Cash App $caitlnfoust777 for $109 never received product and not any response back via email.... SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER

SCAM! Do NOT buy from RazVape.org

This website is a total scam. I ordered vapes from them, and after placing my order, they emailed me claiming they had issues with PayPal and asked me to send payment using the "Friends and Family" method. They even sent an invoice to make it look legit.

Once I paid, they disappeared. No product, no response, nothing. I tried reaching out, but they just ignore you. The "Friends and Family" method has no buyer protection, so you’re left with no way to get your money back.

Avoid this site at all costs! They're professional scammers. Learn from my mistake and don’t fall for it!
