We have been in contact with the RBM team for around 2 years trying to secure a mortgage, and today we get the keys to our new home, thanks to them! given that I am self employed & my partner owns his own company it’s not been straight forward, in this time they’ve always been on hand for every question we have had, any thing that needed to be done quickly they done it, they’ve supported us from the beginning and we can’t thank them enough, especially Chelsea for always being on hand to help and responding as soon as she can & of course Matt for his amazing work from the start. Thank you so much RBM Solutions, I am quite sure that without you we would of lost our home, our marriage would of been through even rougher turbulence and we would be at an absolute loss.
After a couple of failed attempts to get a mortgage without a broker (specific circumstances to do with the build), we were almost on our last hope.... and then we were introduced to Matt.
Matt and the team worked relentlessly to find a mortgage for us, we had a couple of knockbacks for different structural reasons - and the market flipped totally so everything was so expensive. But they kept on looking into everything for us, outside of core hours, late into the evening - even on Fridays - to save us from a pit of despair we felt we were falling into.
They were confident they could succeed on our request and they literally did everything in their power to find us the perfect product, they kept us up to date at all times, were contactable at all times.
if something didn't work out, they were straight on to resolving the problem, so they were coming to us with answers within hours of being knocked back. They had chased our solicitors (who weren't forthcoming at all) and our sellers solicitors - they went above and beyond to get us what we needed and we successfully completed yesterday.

Impeccable service from the team. Helpful, knowledgable, polite and patient. I would HIGHLY recommend. Chelsea, Aleah and Matt are awesome!

Matt, Chelsea and Aleah all played their parts in being superstars during a fairly stressful time where the mortgage market was all over the place and our situation was already complicated. They secured us a fantastic rate prior to the rises in addition to simultaneously securing us 2 x BTL mortgages in order to make our purchase feasible. We couldn't have done it without them and will be forever grateful to them being on hand to guide us through the whole process. Chelsea went above and beyond even on her days off to see things over the line. Without doubt I'll recommend their services to anyone seeking advice!

Well, here I am again for the 2nd time.
First time around RBM managed to find me the mortgage that I wanted during Furlough when I was not receiving my normal salary.
That was for me to buy my new home.
Now, they have just helped me to remortgage 3 investment properties at the same time and in the process have not only saved me many hundreds of pounds on monthly mortgage payments, but also managed to get me a handsome cashback on each one. Not to mention that all associated costs and fees were incorporated within the mortgage deal meaning I didn't have to reach into my own pocket at any point.
So ultimately, I have reduced my monthly outgoings, got a nice little kick back into my bank account and am now on a nice 2-year fixed rate.
I am not the easiest customer to deal with (sorry guys) but Matt and especially Chelsea have been there every step of the way.
I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

We would highly recommend Matt, Chelsea and the team to deal with your mortgage they were brilliant from start to finish.
