Reach Pharmacy are poor at reaching out to their customers!
I placed a small order two days ago. Both items were marked as in stock, but I'm still waiting for notification of dispatch. I emailed for an update, but I've had no answer. I am confused, as the reviews are mostly good. Are there two companies called Reach Pharmacy - one good and one awful, and I've plumped for the wrong one?

Kifayah I feel goes above and beyond what you expect. The service is amazing and she always delivers. Great to talk too if i need to and also being able to text about meds. So reliable and friendly i would never go elsewhere. Thank you for all you have done for me. Having that personal experience really helps.

Johnstone reach pharmacy
My experiences with the Johnstone castle pharmacy have been fabulous, the advice and knowledge that the girls have given me is a massive help,
Family member has recently started the weight loss injection( mounjaro) in Johnstone castle and is loving the support as she starts this journey with the help from sumeara the pharmacist.
