I reached out to RED Physiotherapy for my neck and lower back pain that has been consistently pressing me for some time and gradually getting worse. From the initial appointment I was amazed by the thoroughness of the physiotherapist's approach - from sending me the appropriate forms required in advance, to ensure the time is efficiently spent on the diagnosis and treatment whilst at the appointment, to the effectiveness of the treatment, plan, follow up and end results. I have been to a number of consultants and therapists in the past but I never managed to effectively understand the cause of the pain and treat it appropriately. Massive thank you to the RED Physiotherapy Team❤️🙏

Every time I visit Red Physiotherapy the therapist is asking the right questions and more than that they know how to treat your issues. I always receive extra exercises to use the at home to continue what we started. No pain ever came back to me.

Great experience.

Adil has been treating me for my shoulder and Achilles tendon injuries. His manual therapy has really helped my shoulder pain. Adil's is very focused during our sessions and using his expertise and caring approach to identify where my body needs correction.
I am now able to slowly return to sports pain free aided with exercises tailored to help me.
I felt genuinely listened to and supported throughout the process, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing physiotherapy

I had a terrible experience. The physiotherapist showed little interest in understanding the issue I was facing. Instead of addressing my concerns, it felt like she was just following a standard protocol, more focused on getting me to commit to two sessions per week than actually helping me recover. She had exceptionally long nails which dug into me during the treatment and left me with severe bruising, much worse than what’s typically expected. I will not be returning.

Don’t waste your time with anti-inflammatory nonsense treatments (like me🙈,affecting negative your body ) working for a very short period, DO it for long term or forever!😉👏

I had a fantastic experience at RED Physiotherapy Newton Leys. Diana is an exceptional physiotherapist—she is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. From the very first session, she took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and provide a treatment plan tailored to my needs.

Her communication skills are excellent, making it easy to understand the exercises and the reasoning behind them. She genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible recovery. Absolutely fantastic 👍 hurt my shoulder over a month ago and left it till it was really not great, came to see the team at Red Physiotherapy and they've been amazing. Informing me in the initial assessment what type of injury I'd sustained, how the damage has worsened by not treating it sooner and how they intend to treat my pains. The treatments themselves have been very thorough and had my 4th appointment today 16/9/24.
The team are in a great location, with an Asda and Costa a few seconds away, their newly opened treatment clinic is amazing, with a waiting room, toilet and 2 treatment rooms, it's definitely the only Physiotherapist I'll go too and recommend to others.

I would never go anywhere else! I first came to Red Physio through a referral for trapped nerve pain in my shoulder and arm as a result of bulging neck disks. I have continued to visit Diana periodically to maintain my movement and address the pain when needed. I always feel welcome, safe and most importantly better as a result of any treatment. Diana is professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. She has healing hands! The communication from Daniel is super speedy and efficient. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble to sort. The Newton Leys venue is easy to find and park. I am lucky I found Red after lots of visits to other physiotherapists throughout the years. I fully recommend them! Thank you!
