I purchased a stunning car from redgate lodge & it was a straight fwd very professional process , then after a few weeks I noticed a stone chip on the windscreen which unfortunately couldnt be repaired , without hesitation after I reached out to redgate lodge they without any ifs or buts sent out a professional windscreen specialist ( Glass Assist ) who fitted a new windscreen , impeccable customer service from all parties

Drove from the midlands to this place. Dealt with Will who facilitated a stay over at the Village hotel opposite with discounted rate. Saw the car first thing in the morning, test drove and within an hour was driving the car away. Will was polite, knowledgeable throughout the week preceding the visit via phone and whatsapp and was a pleasure to deal with.
