Customer Service
Order was for a GeekVape Aegis Max, which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately the product itself was faulty (no fault of RedHot). After confirming the fault with GeekVape directly, I contacted RedHot and organised a return. Customer Service was excellent and a replacement was arranged without quibble or any extra charge - except to pay for return postage, but that's fair enough under the circumstances.
Overall experience was excellent despite the faulty item and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
