Ordered Barbour Corbridge Jacket, arrived 2 days later, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, once I returned it they sent a replacement straight away. Couldn’t find this cheaper anywhere else, service was spot on. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a Barbour Navy Blue Shovelar Waterproof jacket yesterday, 11th Feb and it arrived today 12th Feb, very good price and really pleased.

There was an issue with my Barbour jacket and although not the fault of Red Rae they immediately asked for the jacket to be returned. Johnny could not have been more helpful and not only covered the cost of postage but replaced the faulty stud.
I would highly recommend this company.

Horrendous. Sent two emails to inform them of faulty jacket and no response.

I ordered a Barbour Beadnell ladies wax jacket on Thursday afternoon from Red Rae website. I rang them on Friday to enquire about a matching hood as I couldn’t find one on their website and spoke to Jonny who included the hood in my order at an additional cost. My order was delivered today 2 days after I placed the order. The jacket is perfect in every way. Absolutely brilliant service & good price with 20% discount. I cannot understand the negative reviews about Red Rae. Personally, I would highly recommend.

I ordered a Barbour Beaufort jacket on a Friday afternoon and it arrived on the Saturday at lunchtime. Very impressed at the speedy service from Redrae & also the product that arrived. Will recommend to friends. The price I paid was much less than what I'd found in other stores / online.

I placed an order on November 6th and paid via PayPal. Subsequently, on November 13th, I was informed that, despite the website stating free worldwide shipping, I would need to pay an additional £25 for shipping to Italy. I made this payment as well, but since then I have not received any response to the numerous emails I sent on November 14th, 18th, and 29th, as well as on December 2nd.

On December 5th, I finally received a reply stating that the matter would be checked, and I was provided with a tracking number. However, 20 days later, the shipment is still untraceable. This item was intended to be a Christmas gift, and I find the way the store has handled the situation completely unacceptable.

Amazing experience. Went to House of Fraser last Saturday to buy a Barbour jacket. Luckily for me they didn't have my size in stock. Searched on line and found Red Rae. Ordered Saturday evening, jacket arrived Tuesday morning. What's more I saved £62. £179 in House of Fraser, £117 with Red Rae. Thank you. I will be back again. BTW. Do not be put off by the website. I read one comment below which helped my decision to buy even though the site looks antiquated.

Excellent service and value. Bought a Barbour Trowbridge Jacket recently. Having read the odd negative view I spoke with Johnny and he couldn't have been more helpful with advice on fit, colour etc. The jacket arrive as promised on Tuesday after ordering on Saturday. Excellent vale as stated and don't be put off by some negative comments. Phone may not be answered immediately - it's a small family business wit physical customers to be served as well!

I shopped around, as I always do, and this place offered the best deal on a Barbour jacket bundle by some distance. It arrived in under two days from placing the order.

Placed an order for a Barbour jacket on 1st October @ 1700hrs. Received an instant confirmation by email with all the details (Order ID : 6094686). Money was taken out of my bank account on the 3rd October. Jacket arrived on the 5th October. So, all was perfect. The only thing that the company should improve would be communication with their customers, as the only correspondence I received was the confirmation email, no delivery date or even if it was in stock. The parcel just turned up. However, I would use this retailer again without hesitation.

I ordered barbour corbridge on monday morning over the phone with jonny, arrived by dpd Tuesday lunchtime. Well pleased with jacket, great service and was £100 cheaper than my local stockist .
