Prompt, accurate and good value. What more needed?

Great service and back up

For some reason Windows 10 on this refreshed Dell laptop, kept reverting to WORKGROUP. My LAN is not called WORKGROUP! No matter how often I changed the name it reverted back to WORKGROUP. This is no use to me! I have a LAN with a 24 port switch - my PCs and laptops must be able to see each other.
Since then, I discovered that Windows 10 Pro had been installed and was primed for business use. I managed to change this to private use and set up a new local account. The Workbook name problem is now resolved.
Other than that difficulty, the laptop arrived in good time, although not the next day as requested. It is like new with a lovely display and I am now well pleased with it.

I had already bought a laptop from RefreshedByUs a few years ago on which I am typing this review. This time I bought another laptop for my children and although due to an oversight it arrived with only have the RAM ordered, RefreshedByUs send me promptly and free of charge the additional RAM. Inserting the RAM was straightforward and the laptop looks and works like new. Email responses are prompt and helpful, RefreshedByUs gave me a generous repeat customer discount and has always been very accommodating. I would do business with RefreshedByUs in the future.

Products were excellent quality, looked like brand new. Worked straight out of box, no setup required. Quick delivery and good communication throughout. Liked that you had options to upgrade RAM, SSD and warranty for very little extra cost. Very pleased with purchase.

Smooth transaction and communication

I have had cause to use RefreshedByUs twice over the years, mainly due to Microsoft upgrading their Windows package. I contacted RBU to ask what effect the closing of Windows 10 in October would have on my laptop usage, and the advice they could offer. Being Technically "challenged" they comforted my concerns by saying my simple emailing of friends & the occasional online purchase didn't warrant having to purchase a pre-loaded Windows 11 machine. I admire the honesty of a Company that passed up the chance of an order to provide information that means I can continue using the machine they previously supplied, which by the way is STILL working as well as the day it was delivered (Dell Latitude E6430). Well done RefreshedByUs !

Regarding service: Fast shipping, monitors were well packaged. Absolutely no complaints... I need to go in and buy my kid a laptop

Quality desktop PC ,faster than my old PC ,as its 8GB RAM,and SSD,and at a fraction of new price,the product is also in very good condition, I don't know why I didn't buy from here before
