Scam! They deleted their Facebook page and stopped returning emails. They never pick up the phone. I reported them to the IRS for fraud. They steal your money then you never hear from them again.

I will not use this ever again. Cost me twice maybe three times as it would any where else!!! So confusing about what to do. How to start and when my return would available. Very bad experience!!!

I'm so sorry to see this John. Your situation has been an interesting one from the start. We haven't had any missed calls from you. Susan has gone out of her way to assist you and unfortunately, just as any other tax preparation company, we do not have anything to do with the government stimulus. We have tried to assist you every way possible. I wish that you could do something to mend this relationship.
I felt like i was scammed. I was disappointed on the worker that i talked to. She didn't listen. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
