Having had a great experience here…
Having had a great experience here getting my partner's engagement ring, we returned to get our wedding bands made. Mark was again an absolute gent and helpful and incredibly accommodating throughout the process. Finally, I just have to say that he is so clearly a genuinely kind and honest man which is so reassuring when making such large purchases - I cannot recommend Regal and Mark highly enough.

Engagement ring purchase/adjustment
My engagement ring needed to be resized and booking the appointment was really easy (online system). We arrived slightly early on the day but were welcomed into the shop and went through the process of measuring my finger to establish the correct size. It was very efficient but done politely and with care, and interest in us as the customer. My ring was ready to collect a few days later and now fits perfectly. My partner said when he bought the diamond that the staff had excellent knowledge of diamonds and worked closely with him to design the ring. I would certainly recommend them to as the product and service was first class.

Fantastic experience for an engagement ring
Went for a consultation with Mark, having no clue about what I wanted in advance. He took his time and walked me through every aspect of the design, ending up with a perfect ring.
I needed a very short turnaround time for the ring and the later resize, both of which they were able to deliver early with no additional cost.

Amazing service, I felt that I was in truly good hands when looking for the perfect engagement ring. The guys that worked there were real experts and were very helpful at guiding me through the different diamond classifications. I got my ring on time and the CAD images of the ring that were supplied beforehand gave a really accurate view of what the final product would look like.

After getting engaged my partner and I did some shopping around trying to decide where to get my bespoke engagement ring so we went to a few places. Mark’s customer service, knowledge about every single option, ability to help guide us while keeping the vision we had for the ring, his patience with my need to consider various elements and come back for a second design appointment and so many more factors were why we chose to go with Regal.
We have now collected the ring and it is even more perfect than I thought it would be! It feels like MY ring - it’s everything I wanted and more and we are so thrilled with the entire experience.
It was also a wonderful bonus surprise to be able to collect the ring ahead of schedule.
