Very efficient and professional from start to finish.

Very helpful in the store, lots of options, quick delivery.

Excellent service from helping select the right mattress to keeping us informed of it arriving (earlier than expected) and delivery.

Very pleased with my exprience.

Great service in the shop and a speedy delivery!! Cheers

Good customer service in the showroom when we bought a new mattress. Delivery guys were pleasant and efficient. Overall very happy with the product and service received.

We have been trying to contact this firm by email, phone and chat however no-one has got back.to.us regarding our purchase

Great local business, great service.

Good service

Sales assistant was helpful in giving us options that suited our requirements. Ordering was easy and quick. Delivery was on time and the guys removed the old mattress easily and then unpacked the new one. Great service.

Friendly staff, efficient service, accurate timescales given for product arrival. Good range of beds.

The delivery men delivered the bed and then within an hour two guys arrived to make the bed up. I had to rush out as my mum was unwell, so left the guys on their own.

When I arrived home later the bed was built perfectly and looks wonderful. They did a brilliant job and took all the cardboard boxes with them so my house was left spotless.

I would definitely order from Regency Bedding again in the future.

Everything was spot on very good thanks.Sleeping much better now 😌

I am so impressed with my delivery; Dave and Steve were so friendly and helpful, great guest relations, and I will definitely be back.

Great service in shop when bed was bought and then great delivery guys and very competent and friendly fitters

Excellent customer service in store.
Cheery delivery men who took everything away and left us with two new beds with feet on and headboards attached!!
Amazing.
Only one thing I would have liked would have been a heads up to what time they were coming as they were early ( for us) luckily we were up!
🤩👏👌

Delighted with our mattress. The relaxed, but detailed, explanations provided, gave us comfort to make the order the same day of viewing. The delivery men also did a great job.

My wife felt the sales conversation regarding two children’s beds, which we were also considering, could have been dealt with better, she felt very pushed into making a decision, despite saying these were not quite what we were looking for.

Other than that, it would have been a 5 star. Well done.

Good choice of beds that were supplied ex stock.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff and our order was delivered and shipped as arranged.

Easy friendly staff and good delivery service

The men that came seemed very reluctant to take the bed upstairs. We had already removed the old bed( without any issues or things being in the way). They insisted that other items be removed. They did not take plastic covering away either. I had been very explicit on the size of the bed as the room had been built around it. ( the old bed was from Regency) They if'ed and am'ed as to whether it would fit. The feet were not put on nor the lift up mechanism, this we had to fathom out ourselves. The bed itself was just what I had asked for. The gentleman that served me in the shop couldn't have been more helpful.
