I believe 100% in stem cell therapy as I have seen it’s miracles first hand. However, I had the playlet therapy and have not seen the improvement I was hoping for. That being said, where would I be now if I wouldn’t have had the procedure. Who’s to say? So would I do it again - yes! I tell anyone about it I believe it can help.

This company with the use of stem cells has utilised a method to completely remove the joint pain associated with my knees for a prolonged period of time. Until then I had sleepless nights with Severe cramping. I was unable to function without drugs like endone and Valium to Give me some hours of sleep. When calling to inquire about this new type of procedure Jennifer was outstanding. She knew all the details and answered my questions very well.

During my initial consult the Dr agreed that I get an MRI. They said I would get a call from Radiology Regional within two days. Nobody called. Meanwhile Regenexx is trying to schedule my prp injection the next week. I would not schedule until until the MRI was scheduled. It was like pulling teeth to get Regenexx to process the mri referral. When it was finally done they scheduled the prp injection two or three days after my mri. I expressed that was too soon but they assured me they would have the results prior to my Prp. On the day of the procedure the Dr did not even mention the mri, he was just eager to start sticking. I asked if he saw the mri results and he replied he got the report but had not received the pictures yet. Any real Professional dr would want to see the pictures. He did not tell me the results so I asked. He stated that the tendon he thought was torn indeed was and that there was a partially torn ligament. Later I found out the report stated a likely complete torn ligament. That is a major problem. This Dr is a clown.

Since the mri referral went so bad I communicated to the assistant to make sure to get the physical therapy referral done before my first therapy appointment in two weeks. I called again in advance to confirm the referral was made but it wasn’t. I was assured again that it would be. The day of my first PT appt I called before I left to confirm. Again the referral was not made and the incompetent assistant told me she would have it done before I got to the PT office. Guess what, it wasn’t. I had to wait an hour at the office for this fool to get it done.

This is just the major screw ups. Every time I called the person I was supposed to they could not answer questions or do what was needed. They would just go into some rehearsed sales pitch and never answer my questions or concerns and then have me call someone else or transfer me. I would not use this organization again what so ever and if this is the direction our medical technology is going we’re in trouble.

The prp injection did help my elbow thank goodness but I believe it would be even better with a competent Dr, staff, & process.

Went through the whole process! Was told by Dr. Khan I should see 100% success. Started the procedure of injections first week of August 2018. 3 days later had the stem cells extraction from the back of my hips and re-injected later in the afternoon with a follow-up of blood platelets a few days later. Took ALL of the recommended vitamins and omega supplements that were recommended religiously! At 6 months and feeling little improvement, had 90 vials of blood drawn. Returned in the afternoon and had the platelets injected into both knees. February 2019, still experiencing pain, I went to an Orthopedic Dr. X rays showed NO NEW CARTILAGE GROWTH! In fact, the baker cysts, inflammation and bone deteriation had progressed NOT improved. After spending nearly $17,000.00 (Seventeen-Thousand Dollars..) and having nothing to show for it but continued pain...It all has been a VERY expensive with no-result experience...

PRP at Regenexx helped me recover from traumatic injuries suffered in a bicycle crash. I am back on my bike—and grateful. My only complaint would be that follow-up to each of my procedures was lacking.

Dr Centeno and his staff are my heroes. I went from being told I needed knee replacements to no pain.

I have real issues with both knees; arthritis and an unstable left knee reconstruction from 20 years ago. I was lucky enough to have a friend recommend Dr Kevin Boundy (Sydney) and I absolutely believe that without Kevin, I would not be walking today. I had my first procedure of Prolotherapy in May 2018 and had a series of 5 injections and they worked well. In December 2018, we decided to go down the road of PRP (I have had 2 treatments) and I have had good results. Unfortunately, the results seem to only last 3-4 months for me, and I am due to have another injection in October 2019. At my last visit, Kevin and I discussed that, in my case, I may now have to have a knee replacement so I am investigating that at the moment. I wholeheartedly believe in Kevin's philosophy that there are alternatives to surgery that should be more widely available and I thank him from the bottom of my heart for getting me to where I am currently. I am able to walk, swim, and do a little gym work which was not looking likely 18 month ago.

I am very pleased with the procedure completed on my lower back. I no longer have the pain and/or nagging discomfort from bending over. I recommend Regenexx and would do again in a heartbeat.

Articular knee arthritis - now 7 months post-procedure and it seems to have worked as advertised - very happy.

This was my second round of PRP injections in my back and hip and the first round for my left shoulder. I had good success with the first round in a reduction of nerve symptoms that had been impacting my sleep. After the second round of injections were done and I had returned to Seattle, the Regenexx office called and told me that they had credited my account for an amount equal to about 20% of the total. I asked why and after some delay and confused messages I learned that they had run out of the concentration of PRP that should have been injected in my back so that one of the main areas where I have a disc bulge was not treated with PRP. I asked to speak to Dr. Centeno to find out the implications of this oversight but he has yet to call me. I am waiting for the six months post-injection to run to see if I have any improvement. The whole situation could have been handled better if I had been told at the time what had happened instead of waiting until after I had returned to Seattle. I would have been willing to change my travel plans to stay an extra day or so to have the area treated. Plus, I would have liked to have had a conversation with Dr. C to find out the implications of not getting the PRP in that area.

I only wish all could understand the benefit you add to quality of life. I have recommended you to numerous friends and family members.
