Having decided we wanted to explore Albania, it was surprisingly difficult to find a company to help us - Regent Holidays lived up to our expectations and more! They suggested an itinerary which they adapted to suit our interests (swimming wherever possible) and were able to pick us up from Greece at the start of our trip. A local driver/guide was with us throughout and his knowledge of the history and culture of his country as well as his contacts made our holiday so much more enjoyable and gave us a brilliant introduction to Albania; we hope to return and explore some more of this fascinating and beautiful country before too long.

A superb holiday. High-class hotels, seamless travel arrangements on Poland's excellent rail network and six historic and beautiful cities visited. Regent Holidays certainly did us proud with a holiday to remember.

We booked a personalised ten-day fly drive holiday through the Baltic States. Normally I would book this sort of thing myself but Regent had better access to flights and chose our hotels in Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius well. All were comfortable, well run, and excellently located.
Our return flights from Vilnius were cancelled while we were away due to strike action in Belgium. Regent rebooked us on Lufthansa via Frankfurt with no fuss and no extra cost.

This was a very small group tour and very chilled which I appreciated. The countries and whole region we visited was fascinating, I learnt so much history. The hotels were of a good standard with super breakfasts and handy locations. The guide was an expert and planned the trip very well.

The Highlights of Serbia trip was most rewarding; a thoughtful itinerary, from historic sites to wine tasting, and journeying through some beautiful landscapes.
Accompanied with an excellent guide, and staying in comfortable hotels, I learnt alot and had a great time.

We booked a personalised fly-drive tour of Croatia for nine nights in June 2025 with Fergus at Regent. The whole trip was brilliant with top notch hotel rooms and parking in five locations. We started in Pula and left the hire car in Split, including stays on Krk, Plitvice, and Zadar. The roads are perfectly smooth, we only used one toll road in the 560miles. Parking in towns on route was busy due to the heatwave, temperatures were over 30 degrees except inland. We are hoping to tour another country with Regent next year. Top tip; take a preprogrammed sat nav, the Golf had one but easier if you google and plan your stopping points in advance.

We have just returned from a Norwegian fjord cruise booked through Joanne Wheeler at Regent and our whole end to end experience has been absolutely brilliant.
From the first conversation with Joanne, I knew that I had contacted the right company for us. She was so knowledgeable regarding Norway and all of her advice turned out to be spot on. Any query we had was dealt with very quickly and Joanne was also proactive in making suggestions, so all of this made it a very stress-free booking experience.
As Joanne had recommended, the round trip with Havila onboard the Polaris was everything and more than we hoped it would been. The ship is less than 2 years old, super smart with excellent accommodation and dining. There is so much comfortable seating next to panoramic windows that there was never a problem having a seat with a view.
We loved the dual role played by the ship in that it is not only for tourists but also delivers cargo and mail etc, and acts as ferry service for locals. As it is a small ship compared to big cruise liners it can get into smaller fjords and ports and nowhere was this more evident than the jaw dropping Trollfjord.
We did quite a few excursions from the ship ranging from RIB trips to a midnight concert at Tromso cathedral. Joanne booked the trips for us in advance, but we also added a couple on board.
Really have to mention the crew on the Polaris. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and so ready to chat and exchange lifestyles and comparisons. This is something they are encouraged to do by Havila so by the end of the trip they do become your friends.
None of this amazing experience would have happened for us without Regent and Joanne as we were struggling with other companies to provide what we wanted within a certain date range.

Went with Regent to the Baltic States. Stayed three nights in each capital. It was a great itinerary, good hotels (we had asked to be upgraded) and excellent guides. Needed help at either end of the holiday (re transfer from airport when we arrived and flight changes on return due to striking airport staff). Regent were extremely helpful and solved our problems but out of hours service was rather difficult to get hold of. Other than that all was brilliant. And Fergus Jones, travel specialist, was great to deal with. Would go again with Regent.

We went to Moldova with Regent. All admin very smooth. Interesting itinerary, especially meeting with local community leaders and small local organisations.
Our guide, Natasha, was really excellent - loads of information and also very personable and interesting.

Great itinerary and booking experience. Really nice touches like sending a guide book to the house via post. The itinerary was even better. Off the beaten track, great guides and hotels, amazing food. Would definitely use Regent again. Stef was great and so efficient.

We booked our trip to Greenland through Regent, they were very helpful and responsive to emails when I had queries after booking. I'd used them many years ago for a trip to Iceland and was impressed by their itineraries. The Greenland package was well organised and the included aspects were spot on, covering everything we wanted to do. We'll definitely use them again.

We've been trying to go to Mongolia for years, but been thwarted first by covid and then by the closure of Russian airspace, making the cheapest flights impossible. We finally achieved our ambition and it more than lived up to our expectations. Very long flights, but well worth it - the countryside is amazing and full of contrasts, and the people and culture fascinating. A lot of driving (it's well worth spending at least two weeks there so as to explore widely), but each place was so different, and colourful - and, in May/June - teaming with new-born animals camels, horses goats etc. Plus our guide and driver were exemplary.

We have used a different travel agent in the past for long haul holidays but selected Regent for Norway based initially on the price being reasonable. We had plenty of discussions about our requirements and the specialist, Moa, came up with some suggestions that we certainly wouldn't have thought of. The trip went off perfectly - all arrangements worked including some public transport options and we got to see many different areas of this beautiful country. We have offered feedback on our return over all the positives and one slight (and I mean slight) thing that could have been marginally better, all of which was received very positively. All in all great holiday

I'd always wanted to visit Skopje/North Macedonia and I was not dissapointed. A beautiful city, a heady cocktail of both old and new. The hotel was centrally located providing a tasty buffet breakfast and food and drink prices elsewhere where mostly very reasonable. The pre-booked excursions were well-conducted and I also had a few rides on Skopje's famous red London -like double-deckers!

Everything went smoothly. Great hotels. 4 day trip on Göta canal was a Dream come true. Lovely memories.

Went to Uzbekistan (11 days). had 3 great guides, good hotels. transport (fast trains) was excellent and hassle free. All organized well by Regent

Travel itinerary’s and timings worked well. All hotels excellent but Hotel Justus Riga is not 4 star, a 3 star at best, although all reception staff very helpful. Fantastic experience seeing the Baltic capitals. Helsinki is very, very expensive. Good advice from Regent that two nights there was enough, as we originally planned three nights.

Great to travel in Norway, Lofoten and Vesteralen, stunning scenery and wildlife - elk, reindeer, arctic hares, golden eagles, sea eagles, mergansers - all just from the roadside or short hikes. Mostly good hotels, eating out is fiendishly expensive but very good (and of course fish-based! (we weren't eating whale which was fairly widely available)). Peter from Regent was very responsive in sorting out the single hotel issue. We didn't know that our last day was a "red day" public holiday when nearly everything (including most shops and restaurants) is completely closed!

great experiences, Japan organised by OKU was excellent, and four weeks in Korea gave us plenty of opportunity to get to know the country and culture. Knowing what i know now i feel that a lot of the tour could be organised personally, and there is a feeling that we overpaid for what we got.

We (two women in their 80s!) have just returned from a trip to Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. This was our third trip with Regent Holidays and, like our other two holidays, it didn’t disappoint. All the arrangements worked perfectly and our driver/guide couldn’t have been more helpful. Carl Meadows, our Regent specialist, enabled us to put together a
