Site infected with Malware
I had to assign a star, although I would have preferred not to affect your score, but I wanted to say that I tried to visit your website and was blocked by my security program which indicated it was an infected site. You should have your tech person take a look and resolve any malware issues. I'd like to order once you secure it.
UPDATE: I haven't used the training, but they were responsive to the access issue so I added more stars.

Easy to follow and highly effective
I've taken a few reiki courses in the past, and can say that the way the information is presented in this course is by far the best I've seen.
The bite sized lessons are easy to follow and are presented in a really cool format. I found that by applying the teachings I've had positive changes in my energy levels and overall wellbeing.

I was interested in paying for an online course with Reiki Infinite Healer. Advertised was a course with "free" inclusions and some paid upgrades. I signed up all the upgrades. The first price for the basic course was $47. An upgrade was offered for $147, and another upgrade for $247. I did not realize I would be charged individually for each upgrade. My understanding of upgrades is that the upgrade price is the full price but in this case it wasn't. I was charged $500 total when I thought I was paying $247. I reached to the owner. He agreed to refund $47 and $147. But he never did. I reached a few more times to ask for a full refund because I no longer trust his business practices. He stopped communicating. I told the owner that if I didn't get a refund within 48 hours that I would file a complaint. So here I am. I want a full refund. Immediately.

We replied to your refund request immediately, asking if you prefer a full refund or if you'd like to keep the program at a discount. I see you answered on Saturday. Please note, our office is closed on weekends so we reply to those emails on Monday and Tuesday.

Suspiciously easy. Completely online & self paced with access to wonderful materials even after the course is done. I finished all 3 Levels before starting in-person classes and RIH makes the content easy to understand and applicable to day to day operations. Thanks!

I have contacted these guys, who said “money back guarantee.” I paid for a $47 course. Looked at it, the first few minutes I got it and saw it was goi g to be way too confusing for me. I have asked for my money back and they are ignoring me.
*Edit- I did receive a full refund. A couple of weeks after asking. They did try to talk me out of it, at first. But, I knew the course wasn’t for me and they got back to me and finally gave me a full refund.*
