First time at the center and we had a lovely relaxing time. The relaxation room was well equipped and extremely clean.
Staff were amazing and helped in every way they could. We will definitely return.

I was treated badly here, ineffective, badly executed treatment and attempted to gaslight me into believing it had worked when it clearly hadn’t! The lady doing it was nice, but struggled with the machine on at least two occasions and also encouraged me to continue - saying the results would kick in with time - they didn’t.
The dr spoke to me like I was an idiot when I complained it was a complete waste of time and money, I felt so foolish for believing the hype (amazing before and afters shown in their page ).
With hindsight I’m thinking it probably wasn’t carried out right, but it was a costly mistake.

Customer service and customer loyalty was awful. I tried to rearrange an appointment as I had been unaware I could not wear make-up immediately after and I had an event to attend. I was abruptly told I would have to forfeit all of my deposit (which was more than the actual treatment price). I then asked if I could take an alternative treatment which did not have the same aftercare but this was ignored. I would have been happy to transfer my treatment but the terrible service has meant I have changed to what I have found to be a much more professional and friendly clinic, and found the treatments much better too. Dr Grant's rudeness was a blessing in disguise.

This clinic has got the right balance. Warm, helpful, professional and friendly staff. Very detailed explanations are given around your treatment. You are given time to consider your options and great care is taken before, during and after treatment. I have been with Rejuvamed for a number of years and would highly recommend them for your treatment.

I booked a course of treatment and paid in full for the course, unfortunately half way through my course I became unwell and was hospitalised so missed my appointment. When I was slightly better I called and spoke to reception that I would be unable to continue the course due to ill health. I was then charged the full price for the 2 treatments I had received and a £50 fee for my missed appointment (I was in hospital and did explain this) but was told this is in their terms and conditions. Especially now during Covid I would highly recommend using another local clinic that won’t screw you over should you become unwell. The treatment was great but the customer service was shocking.

I had the miradry treatment for excessive sweating from walking in to having my treatment Dr Grant and Rachel explained everything to me about what was going on, absolutely fantastic.

The Rejuvamed Clinic in Clitheroe opened about 3 years and I started coming in for advice on my skin after seeing a terrible picture of myself, I was 58 and had never done anything to take care of my skin. I’ve had several treatments since this first consultation inc Botox, HIFU, dermal needling and I am still on my course of Hydra facials. I can not recommend the staff highly enough, Gemma, Charlotte and now Racheal and Bethan have all been so lovely. My skin is looking fab and I am so pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone thinking of a new skincare routine.
