Great service and assistance from the team. I cannot fault there customer service. Excellent. My only gripe is that the return process is bloody awful and expensive to action. I would therefore suggest that you know what you want and do pick their brains if your unsure. Don’t order it.

Fast delivery. Instruction leaflet really helpful and we now have spare remote.

Thanks to Brexit, it took few attempts for my remote controls to arrive from France, but eventually they did. With the instructions from my base garage door unit, I succeeded in programming the new controls. To my surprise this was very easy! All very satisfactory, thank you

I placed my order for a remote fob on 2nd Jan 21 . I was charged £35 on the 4th Jan on my card , 10 weeks later I still have no idea when the goods will arrive. I have chased numerous times and first it was were looking into the delay, 4 weeks later it was due to brexit, then they said they cannot issue a refund until they get their money back from their logistics company I have requested a refund twice for failure to provide the goods that I have been charged for. My contract is with Remote control express uk NOT their logistics company.
This is a company that seems to be in trouble. And by the look of all the reviews they have quite literally stolen money from customers as they have failed to fulfil many orders.

I am still waiting and no possibility of a delivery in the short term. Have request a full refund but told not possible because their Logistics Dept have to cancel the order. Totally unacceptable. Will never use them again once I get my money back.

Website explanation of changes and alternatives is clear and concise, ordering straightforward, delivered in (today's) reasonable time and works as advertised. Nothing more than that required.

Ordered remote in December for delivery 29/12 Still waiting despite emailing company, no reply and 4 phone calls where I was promised they would sort out delivery and email me with new delivery date ( no emails received) Will now attempt to get my money back! Not confident at all. Don’t touch this absolutely useless company unless you want something to do during lockdown.

Goods as described . Easy to program. Only drawback was the delivery time . Had to wait nearly 5 weeks to arrive and the tracking wouldn’t update from day 2 when they dropped off at post office in France .

Remote control arrived on time was easy to program and it working perfectly. The technical advice given was great. Very many thanks and I garage door is now fully operational.

Do not. I repeat do not place any order with this Company. They are an absolute joke and completely useless. I ordered 2 replacement remotes that took....wait for it...nearly 2 months to arrive having sent numerous emails complaining. And then guess what....of the 2 remotes they sent me.....one was the wrong type. They are completely incompetent and you will find much better service from other companies if you just search a bit harder first.
I never write reviews, but trust me DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to buy any replacement remotes.

Just so you can get an idea about what this company is like. Having told them that I would not be returning the wrong remote and that they could keep the £35 of mine, this is the email response I got back word for word (I admit I was quite angry in the email I sent to them):

"Dear customer, thank you for calling us as you as well deserve to be, since the world is not enough in trouble. your frustration is delivered to us. Now. Since we have done our job well, and most of the time is not always perfect. Please, since you will not send us the remote, you will not get your money back. Because we follow the proceedure of our company. Now, bullying or hurting with lousy performance of your part, will not fix any problem. Mistakes are part of the job. The only thing we are sorry is to deal with you. In the spirit of Xmas, keep the remote, and we will keep your money. So nobody gets hurt. And everyone is happy. We wish you a merry christmas, Please form now on if you you want our help and our service, a little of respect and keep your anger for yourself".

Remote die ik ontving werkte niet. Verzoek voor een return gezonden. Moest foto maken. Daarna adres ontvangen. Remote verzonden naar Frankrijk (duur). Geen reactie dus weer gemaild. Zij hebben blijkbaar niets ontvangen. Dit geloof ik echter niet. Ik heb al zoveel kosten gemaakt en alle vertrouwen verloren. Slechte service !!!!!

Heb een bewijs van verzending naar Remote Control Express gezonden. Kreeg direct een bericht dat zij het pakketje niet hebben ontvangen. Dit is een onbetrouwbaar bedrijf. Koop je remote elders !!

Ordered end of November and was told it was sent but it never arrived so I chased it up and was told they would be able to issue a replacement after 10 working days, I waited the full 10 working days and was then told it was out of stock I have my suspicions that it was never sent in the first place,I did get a refund but that was about a month after I first ordered.The item was supposed to be a Christmas present but it was too late to order else where

Ordered two new remotes which arrived within a few days so top marks there but there were no instructions to marry them to the old Beninca remote. Looked up Youtube, but these videos / techniques did not work either.
Emailed remotecontrol-express for instructions and I got a prompt email reply (again top marks) to look up Youtube with links attached!
These did not work.
I then had to contact a local technician who advised I purchase a Beninca radio receiver which I did for 60eur. Plugged that in to the gate control box and tried to marry the new remotes to this but again that didn't work.
So it must be the remotes, they just don't work currently and you do not receive clear instructions from the supplier on how to install them.
There would be no need for a negative review. I would be on here highlighting how great this website is and how great the products are but alas no!
