Great service , fixed Mini Cooper key fob that would open car but not start engine . Fixed and returned in a few days for £59 as opposed to £400 for a new key

My Astra keys had fallen apart to the point when I tried to open the door using the fob it would automatically lock again. I assumed I’d need to fork out about £200 for a new set of keys but saw on the website that it could just be repaired for £60. In particular the fact that there was no charge if it could not be repaired so had nothing to lose! Am happy to say key has been returned 1 day after being fixed with it being fixed 1 day after package received!

Paul did his best with my key but was unable to fix it. Maybe it's beyond repair. He gave me a full refund and he had spent money on spare parts for it. He's a good guy.

Excellent quick service and much cheaper than a replacement key.

A soaking killed my BMW display key (£700plus). Other repairers said it was not possible but not Paul. I posted the key and with the WhatsApp exchange became confident I had found a good bloke and confident if it didn’t work I would get my money back. It now has a new circuit board and possibly a new battery and fully functional without re-coding.

I’ve sent 2 Mazda MX5 key fobs for repair and had an excellent experience in dealing with Paul at Remote Key Repairs through WhatsApp. Both keys worked ok after repair.
