Contacted them on a Saturday , had a phone call on the Sunday to arrange collection. They turned up on time first thing Monday morning. All paper work sorted and car taken away .

This is completely ridiculous and utterly unprofessional. I have now wasted THREE days waiting for a collection that was repeatedly booked and confirmed by your company, yet nobody has turned up.
I have had to rearrange my plans and even take a full day off work to accommodate your collection, only to be left waiting with absolutely no explanation or communication. This is an unacceptable way to treat a customer.
Your repeated failure to provide the service you promised has caused me unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and a direct loss of my time and earnings. I should not have to keep chasing you or repeatedly make arrangements because your company cannot fulfil a confirmed collection.
