I simply made a request to cancel my order. It could not be cancelled because it was already shipped. I did not know I was on a subscription basis. So my subscription was cancelled so I wouldn’t receive any more orders and given a discount on the order already shipped. It is very nice to work with a company that helps their customers.

The ordering was very simple. Didn't love all the add ons they talk you into. But Willing to try anything. I will be back to give real update on the product though.

Website was easy to navigate. I’m looking forward to receiving the product and seeing results.

While the experience with the website purchase did not go as expected, the wonderful customer service team went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. I appreciate the prompt responses and follow up as well at each step and want to thank Jessie and Beverly again for their help!

I appreciated the kind video talk at the end explaining the additional products that would help. No pressure just information, then you decide whether you want it or not.

Communication and NOT using long tedious repetitious web sites to list everything. The video is short and to the point while explaining what we need to know.
FYI - In the video, the woman speaking doesn't quite match up with the voice. I don't know if you changed the speaker to an AI voice later but I found it a little distracting.

I have received almost no replies to my emails and phone calls to Renesia. I want to return the unused product - which was more than I thought I was paying for - and get a refund. They have not replied. Their customer service is terrible. They are also based in India, which has a lot to do with it. I would definitely not order from them! It took at least 3 weeks to receive the product, which is also way too long.
