It was easy, there was a small issue with a charger and it was replaced right away, the replacement arrived with in 3 days.

The product although recycled was in excellent condition.

Easy online ordering, item turned up on time. Item was in very good condition, was exactly as advertised, works as expected. Am very happy with purchase, will be visiting again.

I didn’t recieve the item I ordered through wowcher I contacted wowcher through WhatsApp and they connected the chat to renew electronics
We went back and forward where they checked the same tracking information over and over again which showed the item had been dispatched but never delivered so was lost in royal mails service somewhere
between 9th of December until the 23rd December they asked the same questions as if there were no notes or any communication between staff and on 23rd December when they advised they would not be able to refund or replace until they had submitted a claim with Royal Mail
I purchased this as a Christmas gift in November and they wasted December with time delaying tactics and I ended up claiming my refund via my payment method
I would not recommend

Product arrived well packaged and in a great condition.
Only downfall was we never realised that it would arrive with no charging port and had to quickly source one before father Christmas arrived!

Great would use them again reconditioned items came and looked new highly recommended

Computer fine. Delivery awful. Waited in on arrival when notified. Never appeared. Computer was sent to Airdrie instead of Coatbridge. Once again never arrived when notified. Took 8 days to get it.

Supposedly Refurbished Apple Watch badly scratched - really disappointed. Woucher is a sham too difficult to understand what recourse there is.

Absolutely shocking, please avoid this company at all costs. I ordered an Apple Watch which came wrong colour and very badly damaged, sent it back straight away over a month now and still no refund despite me contacting them, no number to call them. Crooks!!!!! I am also fuming with Wowcher on how they are still promoting their products.

Absolutely fraud of a company. Had to go through my bank for them to deal with my refund as these keep fobbing me off telling me this date and this date you'll get a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered an Apple Watch SE for express delivery that was due 24th December. 4th of January, they have told me it’s not in stock, I told them I wanted it cancelled and I wanted refunding. They have done everything in there power to refuse the refund. Ordered more watches & have said they will automatically get sent out as an order cancellation takes up to 7 days!!! I’ve disputed this with Clearpay as I’m on my third payment & I haven’t received anything & renewelectroinics are sending fraudulent emails out saying it’s been dispatched. BIG BIG SCAM!!

Excellent packaging and postage in a timely manner. Although I am aware the item I purchased was refurbished I was not expecting the casing to have a clear break directly on the framing around the screen. I fear the integrity of the laptop is compromised. Also provided the wrong power adapter and had to purchase another. Bought as a gift for my grandson who has just started secondary school but doubt it would survive long with the above mentioned damage. Wear and tear was expected but not this! No reply from the company when emailed. Very disappointed.

They sold me a faulty Item that lasted less than a month then they refused to replace it when they were unable to fix it and then did not give me a refund. They have no complaints procedure and when I asked them to provide me with their returns and refund policy they flat out refused.

Absolute fraud, have sent intem back for a refund and they won't refund me.

Really wish I could leave 0 stars, ordered an apple watch and paid extra for delivery stated it would be sent within a set time frame only to find when I chased it that that time frame didn't exist and should be with me within 2 weeks not good as was for a present asked to cancel only to be told no, then 5 days after placing order was told they didn't have the stock to fulfill the order and I could have an older model as a free upgrade with faster delivery and complete different colour and size or low and behold I could cancel my order which I did, now comes to getting the refund yes you can guess that isn't happening anytime soon either order originally placed on the 8th of Dec still no refund so we wait and see if and when it turns up please be very careful before buying anything off these jokers absolute joke of a company wish I'd seen these reviews from others before placing order
Quick update despite numerous communications with company and promises of a refund they have now sent me a watch which is in an absolute disgrace heavily scratched watch face the frame of the watch is missing half of its paint full of chips so now I got the fun and games of returning it and starting the hole refund process again

Absolute scam of a company, take your money and don't send items out for weeks, avoid at all costs
