Horrendous company. Avoid at all costs. Travelling down to Hull from Scotland on a bus then train, the day before they moved the date of collection. Lost out on bus and train fare, lost out on a days child care, lost out on insurance that I had to cancel which was charged a cancelation fee. They stated they would refund the travel but nothing else. They breached the contract and I will be reporting to trading standards. Still waiting on a refund from them for the deposit and first two weeks payments. What a dreadful experience.

We messaged this company on WhatsApp to ask some questions. They didn't bother to respond until my husband sent sarcastically "great chat"... They then responded giving their website and not actually answering the question. When I said we would go elsewhere as so far their service was shocking they said they wouldn't want to deal with us anyway as they can cherry pick their customers as they are so busy followed by a load of insults 🤣🤣🤣 frankly a one armed chimp with blindfold could do a better job than these guys, so I dread to think what their cars are like!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

They sell you damaged cars, I have been given a cat s car that has been damaged twice, the tyres haven’t been changed even though the exceeded limits on 2 mot I have paid a lot of money upfront for this car and wasn’t told it was a cat s I have a 3 year old to put in this car the way they treat you is disgusting this company needs taking down.

RENT2BUY are a fantastic company. They have plenty of cars available and is an easy process. Being in spain, using the bank and finance is hard and rent2buy have made it easy!

Worst experience with this company! First I “rent 2 buy” a car from them, which shows to have huge problems with the automatic gearbox - As they offer guarantee, I complain and they say they take it to the garage.. I then end up being without a car for 3 MONTHS as they keep promising to fix it, but it is just one lie after the other.. I then discovered that my car had been driving around by someone else instead of being at the mechanic.. Each of these months I pay for the car… I get pissed and offer them to give me my money back or give me another car - we agree on another car and I keep going with the monthly payment, until one day when I decide to pay off the car.. After this happened, they had to do the name transfer of the car into my name etc - of course nothing is happening and they stopped responding.. I feel scammed, robbed and misled by them.. I hope everyone who thinks of getting a car from them reads this first, so it will not happen to others….
