Horrendous customer service
Never even got the car. Realized the drop off and pick up site was not at the airport and I have an early flight home, so I wanted to cancel. Was told I couldn’t but was hoping there could be an exception since I booked it literally 2 minutes ago. I saw they had a lot of negative reviews so I said I didn’t want to leave a bad review. Was told not to make threats, given info that I can’t find anywhere else, and then told “Dude F off.” Seriously. From a company. In writing bc they only text. I feel like I’m dodging a bullet by booking elsewhere and will advise others to do the same.
