Very poor experience with this company
Very poor experience with this company. They replaced the drum of my 2-year-old Samsung front-load washing machine with a second-hand drum, but charged me ₹8,000 as if it were new. The bill they provided mentioned “drum remodification.” When I enquired with Samsung, I was informed that a brand-new drum costs only ₹6,500. This is highly disappointing and feels dishonest. I never recommend this company to anyone.
