They had the missing piece I required. It was easy to find and order. A tad expensive to be honest, but the alternative was to have an incomplete set, which would be disappointing given we value it.

Good supplier of second hand crockery not availble from the manufacturer
Great that this company sources good condition second hand crockery, in my case Denby, the service is a good one.
My only slightly negative comment is the prices/postage are a little high, even taking account of the fact that items aren't replaceable from the manufacturer.
