Save your time and money
Originally, I was so excited to shop with this company I ordered a clueless wig, but unfortunately did not fit. The box the wig comes in, says that they do easy returns. However, the return process was anything but easy when I inquired about doing a return I was asked several questions and when I let the owner know it did not fit she responded “It fits most people” negating the fact that I already said it did not fit me. She also asked if I wanted to give it to someone else in my family. Why would I put in a request for a refund if I wanted/could have given it to someone in my family?? I requested a shipping label three times to send back the wig and they never responded to that request. They finally sent me an address to send it to and I had to pay $17 to ship it back and then it took over two weeks for them to respond so I can get my money back through a third-party. There was no phone number available to contact them on or to trace that they even received the package. I will never shop with them again. It took over a month to go through the refund process and for it to be final.
