We hired these guys to come and clean a bedroom where a male had passed away in bed. To cut a long story short, the guys who came on the initial visit were there less than 30 minutes, didn’t sanitise anything or remove soft furnishings. I didn’t question it at the time as I was reassured they had done what they needed to. They were also heard by neighbours making extremely disgusting comments such as “I wonder what’s in here. He won’t need any of this now he’s dead” and proceeded to rifle through an outdoor shed, stealing items. They were caught on CCTV doing this, but I dread to think what they did inside the house… 2 different operatives were sent to clean the house as it should have been the first time due to the house smelling again. However, the company think this reasonable. We asked for a full, and then 50% refund but they’re not willing to compensate us in any way. Apparently they’re doing an “internal investigation”, however we’re not receiving updates as promised and we’re the ones chasing them! So if you don’t want robbing of personal possessions, and having to pay almost £2,000 for the privilege, I would not use Response Bioclean at all! Not in a million years!

This company cleans up after disasters. They are the people no-one wants to know BUT when disaster strikes they are the people you want. Look at their website. For me they were just wonderful. A relative had committed suicide and it was two weeks before he was found.The Police told us we couldn't go into the property until it was no longer a health hazard. BUT they didn't tell us where to get the help we needed. Even outside the smell was dreadful. When we found Response they clarified what had happened, explained what they would do and did it. They had to remove floor boards and biologically treat everything. They went in in their Hazmat suits. We were told that bacteriall contamination is very dangerous by the police. Mo and his sidekick were brilliant and explained that they had removed all the hazard area including carpet and some furniture. Later they came back and took all the remaining "rubbish" like the rest of the carpet, the mattress and bags of waste. Then they came back again and cleaned the whole house with anti bacterial cleaners.
Throughout these three procedures Lindsey has kept in touch and even found someone to clean the carpets in the rest of the house. I can't praise them enough.
