I couldn’t land 1 job interview for 6 months. I then went to Fred at resumes etc. after reading their 800 (5) star reviews. Within 4 weeks I had 5 interviews and two great offers and I accepted one that is a dream job. I STRONGLY recommend resumes etc.

I engaged Resumeetc for a complete resume reconstruction. They exceeded my expectations by taking the time to understand my background and focused on my past employment and responsibilities as an employee and managerial roles into effective, metric-driven achievements. As a result, I was able to have multiple interviews in a short time span and offered a position with a company sourcing my transferable skills.

Firm is very professional , after using them I recommend them to family and friends. Several friends used them and were very satisfied with results.

Fred wrote my resume in 2019 for $750 and I never used it nor switched industries. Fast forward January 2025. Reached out asked him to write same resume. He quoted me one amount then quoted me another amount as I was paying so I let it go. I paid $708 for a re write on the same resume. I told him I was looking for an entry level job. The next day, he contacted me asking me if I wanted career coaching. I got upset and asked him why I would need career coaching for hundreds of dollars more ( mind you, I already know hes going to throw one price out there and charge me something else) but this is literally less than 12 hours later. I got the resume re write and if he spent ten minutes on it I would be shocked. He did not even change my address from 2019. I am not sure exactly what he did but I have not changed jobs or anything else. He told me he was going to walk me through this by helpnig me with talking points to speak to employers about and that he was going to hand select jobs. Mind you, I was overpaying him to start with and I was looking for an entry level job that really didnt require a resume writer to begin with. To this minute, I havent a clue what he did for me because he disappeared as quickly as he came in the conversaton I had. Literally I can show you the two resumes and they look the same. He did add more content to the last job I had since 2019. He is not a man of his word is my point. Whether the phone rings I haven't a clue but if you pay him to do anything, I would say that you get what he says in writing and that you make sure you set your expectations and such in writing.. He will ghost you believe me. I have given him weeks now to follow up and not a word. Do not believe a word that he says,
