I've just had my bathroom replaced. Craig did an excellent job from floor to ceiling, bath, shower, toilet, sink, and tiles in 8 1/2 days (10 1/2 days including the weekend).

I had never rented a Property before but do to personal circumstances I found myself in that position.
That was nearly 5 years ago and in all that time I have found Jackie and the Team to have been Friendly and Professional. Thank you 👍

The team at Rex Gooding were very responsive and were very patient with my barrage of questions. End to end process was very slick whilst keeping that personal touch. Shout out to Jackie for being patient with me and being super helpful throughout.

The property that I rented was handed over to me in great condition and was very comfortable. I never had an issue getting repairs or maintenance done when needed, and they were always completed in a timely manner.
Communal areas of my property were well maintained, including the car parking and garden area.
Staff working at Rex Gooding were consistently polite, helpful and efficient, particularly the head of property manager.
Ending my tenancy was made smooth and easy for me and I felt that final inspection and inventory were conducted fairly.
