Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Getting a massive table and pedestal for next to nothing - what's to complain about? And a bit of environmental recycling thrown in.
If you're buying only a couple of items, you'll want to arrange your own transport, delivery fees are pretty big. But if you can pick up yourself, you can get some amazing bargains, even some free stuff. Can't fault it.

Faultless service and a bargain to boot.
Quality 'pre loved' office furniture at incredibly low prices. I was a little sceptical, but it worked out brilliantly. Looking for large 'tambour' style cupboards for garage storage I used the 'notify when in stock' option and received an email a few days later to say they were now available. £25 each for £300+ units. Plus a very reasonable delivery charge and VAT - it came to £130 for three huge cupboards. Ordered on Monday, received an invoice and proposed delivery date on Tuesday, and two very helpful chaps delivered on Thursday. Off the van - through the house - and into the garage at the end of the garden. Absolutely perfect service. A bargain for me and perfectly serviceable furniture saved from the scrapyard.
